Brian M. Stephen, MAI is the managing member of Paramount Property Analysts. Since founding the company in 1984, Mr. Stephen has engaged in evaluating a wide selection of real estate, including: commercial, retail and industrial properties; rural properties such as farms and ranches; multi-family and student housing; and a variety of special purpose properties including mineral rights options and oil and gas throughout the state of Texas and the southern US.Mr. Stephen leads the Paramount Property Analysts team to serve the needs of individual and business clients including banks, mortgage lenders, insurance companies, government agencies, asset management groups, and real estate developers. His services are used in estate planning, investment analysis, mortgage loan, insurance claim, and property condemnation processes.Expanding from the initial home office based in College Station, Texas, Mr. Stephen and the Paramount Property Analysts team now offer full-service offices in the cities of Dallas, Houston, San Angelo, Alpine and San Antonio, Texas.In addition to real estate appraisals, Mr. Stephen works to advise clients on limiting tax liability through his company, Property Tax Consultants, LLC. Mr. Stephen also oversees the Stephen family ranch operations, which he has managed since 1994.
