Business Unit CFO & Direct partner with EVP and President of Analog's total business unit organization

Segment cfo responsible for stand alone reporting segment for Applied Materials. Oversight of all manufacturing, RD&E, gross margin and revenue activity . Direct report to company CFO.

Complete financial oversight for the Transistor and Interconnect Group (TIG). This group consists of 5 business units and reports directly to the CFO of Applied Materials with a multi-billion dollar annual revenue stream.

Full controllership for Dielectric Systems business unit . Main responsibilities entail RD&E program performance, revenue and gross margin results, balance sheet adequacy, business process and partnering with direct support of the general manager .

Responsible for preparation of earnings release analysis, key financial cycle reporting, and recurring analytical requirements for the CEO and CFO office. Partner closely with Investor Relations and key Applied Materials Segment CFO teams to prepare the annual company strategic plan and ad hoc performance.

Strategic oversight of the North America finance center of excellence (COE) focusing on improving companywide standardization, efficiency and streamlined business analytics. Key group oversight of company costing, inventory, department budget and install and warranty accounting/reporting. Migrated over 40 roles into the COE during intial 2 years of development while an efficency rate of close to 50% (~20 net headcount adds). Key business partner on all acquisition activity and close alignment with Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in driving all reserve and control analytics for the majority of the company. This role had management oversight of 50+ employees
