Developed and oversaw multiple business cases leading to successful new investments across Victoria in infrastructure and life cycle upgrades, minor and major capital works, and a new courts security model. Amongst numerous successful funding bids and projects, the completion of the new Shepparton Law Courts in early 2018 was a critical new development for this regional community establishing a new benchmark for courts and associated services in Victoria. Monash Health is Victoria's largest health service covering a population area of approx. 1.2m people delivering services from 6 major and more than 40 small to medium facilities. In this role I oversaw the full capital, engineering, and bio-medical engineering portfolio's. This included planning and delivering a wide portfolio of major capital projects and major infrastructure upgrades with a total value of over $800M.

As Project Director led the planning and implementation of Alfred Centre Stage 1 and planning to contract close for Alfred Centre Stage 2. The developments combined in a major complex (23,000 m2) which included a high profile surgical and diagnostic centre, research and education facilities - and car parking.

Responsible for tendering, planning and developing key elements of the new St Vincent's Hospital, Robina, Gold Coast; played key role the tender team for Austin Hospital privatisation; these responsibilities were combined with a part time Chief Executive Officer appointment with St John of God Health Care - private hospital in Brighton.

Responsible for establishing the new area mental health service which followed the transfer of services from older psychiatric hospital. Led change processes and set up of integrated community based teams. We won the Gold Medal award for the best area mental health service in Australia and New Zealand in 1997.

Commenced initially as Director of Nursing. Took on CEO role for last 2 years. Role included improving and developing and later closing government run services; planning new service sector which better distributed services primarily within community and non government sector.
