As a Director of Quality Assurance my primary responsibility is to manage teams of QA professionals to ensure the quality of software products being developed across several agile pods. Providing automation training to GDC Mindtree employees with Cucumber and Selenium Web-driver to build and support automation frameworks. Project: US Airline Industry (December 2017 - June 2018 )Project was an Agile project utilizing Scrum. I provided extensive training to the organization on Rest Service Testing Frameworks to be utilized by the Airline. Created Testing Framework for API Testing to include authentication methodologies and demonstrated examples for practical application.Worked as an Automation Quality Engineer creating Integration Tests for Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) utilizing Java with Gradle, Cargo and later switching to Docker. Integration Tests were quite extensive and in addition to sending the queue messages also validated that Database to ensure the updates occurred. Performed manual testing activities to ensure the Sprint Stories met the Acceptance Criteria and addressed the definition of done.

Project: Financial Institution (November 2017 - Jan 2018 ) [Client Training] Provided a 4 day Agile training workshop that consisted of instruction with learning objectives reinforced by intensive classroom activities. Activities included writing gherkin and test data using the Agile stories or design documentation they are provided. In addition I created a 11 page playbook on how Agile is to be conducted within their established work environment.

Project: Insurance Institution (November 2017 - Jan 2018 )[Team Lead] Created automation solution using Selenium framework to validate plan enrollment validation for new policies. Insurance deals with lots of data so I crafted a solution using 'logic programming' (situation and state AI) so that the software can enroll a customer despite the various data combinations which allows for testing many workflows easily without programming each unique test case with their own script or flow. Presented solution to client for on-going development. *My intuitive software design/solution has since been labeled as "Mindtree's Smart Logic". Project: (July 2017 - October 2017) [Team Lead] Developed Automation solution using Karate DSL integration to test REST API Services. Successfully completed the testing of REST API Services using automation solution created. Presented solution to client for on-going development.

Project: US Airline Industry (May 2017 - July 2017) [Team Lead] Quality Assurance Mobile Automation Lead for an undisclosed Airline delivering automated testing solutions to test an Android Mobile Application as well as Android Wear devices. This Agile project involved programming using Appium with Java to create automated test scripts for testing their new flight tracking mobile and instant application. Appium Automation test scripts (with various permutations) were automated to test the status of the selected flight to include in-flight tracking . Behavior Driven Development (BDD) was utilized in automating the workflows using Appium to test both virtual devices as well as usb attached devices. I created various client documents for the Test Strategy, Automation Strategy, to include gap analysis. I provided weekly reports for testing metrics and coverage at each stage of the project to ensure proper delivery and satisfaction for solutions provided. Using Agile we were able to meet challenging deadlines and exceeded customer expectations.

Project: US Airline Industry (April 2015 - March 2017) [Team Lead] Quality Assurance Automation Lead for Major Airline delivering automated testing solutions to test back-end web-services. This Agile project involved programming using Java to create automated test scripts for testing their new international reservation system. Over 700 test scripts (with various permutations) were automated to test both domestic and international flight routes. Behavior Driven Development (BDD) was utilized in automating the workflows such as with book a flight, modify a flight, cancel a flight and flight check-in. I created various reports for Return on Investment (ROI), gap analysis and testing coverage at various stages of the project to ensure proper delivery and satisfaction for solutions provided. Project: Banking Industry (June 2014- Mar 2015) [Team Lead] Quality Assurance Automation for financial banking software provider which provides electronic banking and payment solutions to its consumers. The project involved programming (Java, Selenium WebDriver and jUnit) automated scripts for testing domestic and international payments; over 400 workflows were automated. Coded updates to the existing client's automation framework to provide re-usable actions and methods to streamline script creation. Performed Regression and Smoke Suite Testing for manual test cases provided.

Programmed an end-to-end Encompass 360 testing platform (Retail Channel) that automates fundamentally each stage of the mortgage process. Coded work flows using Visual Studio Coded UI and C# that meet business requirements, which may be a combination of both standard and/or custom functionality. Reviewed design and test documentation to gain knowledge and experience related to third party mortgage vendors integrated software as well as the mortgage lending industry. Performed daily regression using the Encompass 360 automation suite to ensure the application is functioning and performing as designed.
