I’m a different kind of HR guy, and an HR department of one. I found HR later in my career, preceded by roughly 2 decades in more “operational” roles in business, including manufacturing, process/product development, quality assurance, project management, and leadership across all of those functions (with a little sales and marketing thrown in for good measure). My understanding of multiple business roles and HR together gives me a strong strategic perspective. A perspective that I can use to drive any business in a positive direction.I believe in people above all else. I bring a modern view and effort to HR, truly focused on bringing the greater goals of people and business together.
