Strategic HR business partner responsible for supporting the Records & Information Management (RIM) business unit. Leads a team of HR Business Partners and Field Recruitment acting as a coach, mentor and assisting in the development and sustainment of a supportive team environment. Partnering with the Senior VP's and other leaders (across Canada and U.S.), develops business unit workforce strategies aligned and informed by business & enterprise strategy. Identifies and provides client-focused solutions that drive effective business results through the alignment of human resources best practices to strategic business goals.

Supporting the CTO, CIO, CFO and their global teams on matters related to global organizational effectiveness, including but not limited to organizational design & development, employee engagement, workforce planning, change management, talent acquisition and development, performance and compensation management activities.

Led a talented cross functional team to develop the Enterprise Shared Services strategy which included a captive vs. outsourced model business case for IT, Finance and HR. Responsible for financial analysis, RFI/ RFP and supplier selection process. Facilitated the change management along with initial phase of transition to an outsourced Shared Services model while designing the retained functional teams.

Strategic HR Business Partner responsible for support of Global Support Services which includes IT, Procurement, Real Estate and Iron Mountain's corporate captive support center in Bangalore India. Ownership of improving the overall effectiveness of Global Support Services by building a talent and performance management culture through a deep understanding of the business strategy. Consults with senior leaders (SVP & C-Suite) on matters related to organizational effectiveness, including but not limited to organizational development, employee engagement, workforce planning, change navigation, talent acquisition and development, performance and compensation management activities.

The Director, HRConnect Insights leads the development, implementation and management of Human Resources Analytics, Compliance, Continuous Improvement and Project Management for Iron Mountain. The responsibilities of this role focus on maximizing consistency and quality, coupled with the continuous improvement of people, process and system functionality within the HR Services Delivery Model. This position is reponsible to build the HRConnect Insights organization from the ground up, creating the vision and multi-year plan, communicating and enabling change within the enterprise. The Director also plays a key role as part of the HRConnect leadership team and acts as a strategic advisor to the North American HR Leadership Team.
