I lead Banyan Utility, formerly Multifamily Utility Company, which specializes in submetering and allocation of water, gas and electric utilities for apartments, condominiums, commercial buildings, new construction, mobile homes, military housing and marinas. Our company leverages submeters to provide a more efficient way for property owners to manage their utility consumption and billing. We enable property managers to reduce their consumption by 15 to 50 percent by viewing their utility use for each building or individual unit.
