Responsibilities: • Lead the development/analysis of strategic HELOC roadmaps, enhance and continually development existing HELOC functionality, plan and execute new initiatives, enhance HELOC marketing to extract optimum value from each campaign, analyze data to identify market/product trends, as well as identifying potential opportunities for growth and improvement. • Create, implement, and maintain HELOC process and procedure documentation and compliance. • Provide formal and informal guidance as well as on the job training to new employees. This consists of strategy planning and execution meetings, issue resolution, quality assurance, requirement creation and refinement, legal/compliance updates, project prioritization, budget estimates and progress, senior management presentation/signoff.
