• Negotiate and allocate consignments and loaner allocations for WRI products at hospitals and sales area offices/distributorships. Developed all of the processes and inventory approval forms used in WRI for inventory planning, manufacturing forecasting and allocation• Manage all product launches for WRI, including:o Set the forecasts for manufacturing to assign the standard costs and estimate workloado Place and coordinate initial build orders and set build schedules for loaner setso Forecast and manage replenishment orders after launch• Set the policy for and approve all list prices for WRI implants and instruments; set cost targets for all WRI implants• Lead initiatives for new project proposals, sales and marketing strategies and bringing WRI products and processes in-line with corporate initiatives • Provide ongoing product support to the sales force on instrument and implant solutions for individual patient needs• Manage inventory reduction programs for WRI to include ending obsolete technologies, loaner set reduction, loaner set leaning, inventory rids, efforts to recover field inventory in loan and consignment and careful management of forecasts• Represent the supply chain interests of WRI for all WRI development meetings as well as in some company-wide supply chain and development meetings
