Brian has over 30 years in construction, Service and Operations, which ranges from the construction of shopping centers to operating Class ‘A’ buildings. Brian’s experience includes a journeyman Sheet Metal ticket with inter-provincial certification, journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning ticket with inter-provincial certification - Operator New 4th Class certificate and is currently enrolled and 90% complete in the RPA (Real Property Administrator). Brian has many sales achievements with supporting sales training and was a Sales Manager for top H.V.A.C. service providers in Western Canada. Brian was the Co-Chair of the BOMA Awards Committee for the 2003 to the 2005 campaign. Brian has a strong background in identifying, reporting and providing recommendation on improvements to energy and maximizing facility performance. Brian has strong ties within the community volunteering as a High School Rugby coach winning the senior boys city championship as well as contributing to Habitat for Humanity. Brian also holds a Black belt in Tae Kwon Do and enjoys competing in Martial Arts.
