I have more than 40 years of experience in the Administration of Benefit Plans. Since 1995 I have been responsible for benefit plan administration on a national level, first at General Motors, then Delphi Corporation, and now Aptiv. At GM I spent 5 years working on dental, vision, mental health and prescription drug programs. In 1999, I went to Delphi and helped set up and implement their health care benefit plans. From 2004 to 2007 I worked on plan governance, regulatory compliance, employee communications and executive benefits. In 2007, I became the Retirement Program Manager; a position I held through the remaining days of Delphi's bankruptcy, during which I experienced the involuntarily termination of the plans and managed the transition of the plans to the PBGC. I joined the current Delphi Corporation in 2009. In 2011, I became the Manager of a team who has responsibility for Non-qualified DB and DC Pension Plans, Savings Plans (401(k)), Life and Disability Plans, Workers Compensation, Layoff Benefit Plans, Unemployment Compensation, along with a few miscellaneous duties. And in 2015 health care administration was added to my duties. Effective July 15, 2019 I retired with gratitude for all those that participated in my journey.
