Training Coordinator
Current• Manages centralized schedule for all training programs for vAuto. This includes training activity byclient type –i.e., strategic accounts, groups etc.• Scheduling mass client training sessions/webinars.• Maintains training records for employees and compile reports and statistics for review. • Provides excellent customer service and promptly respond to inquiries from employees, management, and clients.• Works closely with the department manager to plan for functionality changes, enhancements and new product introductions.
