-Support fund raising initiatives and projects for the School of Architecture, School of Music, School of Social Welfare, Audio-Reader, Dole Institute of Politics, Lied Center, Kansas Public Radio, and KU Libraries -Process incoming gifts and directed funds to appropriate accounts-Create proposals and other print materials for donor solicitations -Assist with travel preparation, donor correspondence, creation of new funds, maintaining calendars and processing expense reports

-Performed as the lead tenor in vocal productions of a variety of genres including classical, jazz, pop and musical theatre as a soloist and ensemble member. -Served as a member of the artistic leadership team by assisting with programming and serving as the section leader for larger choral ensembles.-Coordinated and oversaw all aspects of the vocal studio including scheduling/hiring of teachers, recruitment of students, processing scholarship applications, collecting payment and organizing two student recitals per year. -Served as a teaching artist by preparing/executing lesson plans for the Arts Integrated Residency (AIR) program, taught private voice lessons, served as a clinician for choral coachings/masterclasses, and large conference presentations. -Assisted director of development with fundraising and donor relations projects by creating presentations/content for fundraising campaigns, providing information for grant applications and contacting donors to thank them for their support.- Tracked client information using OvationTix (Audience View) CRM software, created and disseminated policy documents, provided student statistics to the director of development and board of directors-Prepared board presentations for both the artistic and education departments
