Development Accomplishments: Managed WebFOCUS Client Development composed of 50 developers/managers working in Java (Spring), JavaScript/HTML/CSS, Node, C, C++ (MFC), Objective-C, Flutter, and open-source packages. Instilled quality-first attitude in programming teams and implemented unit-test measuring systems. Tripled code coverage of automated systems. Drove implementation and release of a major architectural overhaul of WebFOCUS Client to a service architecture to allow for role-based customization, cluster-based scalability, and SaaS deployments.  Personally implemented the authorization rules engine in Java. Migrated file system object management system to SQL repositories using EclipseLink/JPA/JDBC.  Implemented data search-based query facility that maps data values of different domains to relevant dashboards; used Apache Lucene for autocomplete and disambiguation of data values. Managed development of WebFOCUS mobile application written in Flutter.Process & Management Accomplishments: Improved customer satisfaction and shortened sales cycles by implementing Agile sprints.
