I held several different positions at Hoekstra transportation with the most recent being New Bus Sales and Service in the Eastern half of Michigan. In this position, I worked with customers to optimize their specifications to meet their operational needs as a school bus operator. I also supported the product in the field technically to ensure the customer experience did not end after the point of sale. In this position, I developed long standing relationships with customers. Some of which continue to this day. Additional responsibilities:- Educated and launched EPA 2007 engine technology into the school bus marketplace- Educated and supported customers on the Thomas C2 Product- Introduced customers to engine diagonostic software and supported those efforts in the field
