Provide day to day operational leadership for an Intermodal Transportation Company, to include hazardous tank cleaning, tank and chassis repair and maintenance, as well has tank storage.

Oversite of Multiple Departments: Fleet, Oil Delivery, Service, Tank Removal, Solar Installatiion, Equipment Installation, and Pool Installation and cleaning.•Served as single point of contact for all operational issues.•Served as main point of contact for operational customer related issues.•Responsible for all P&L’s in the operations arena.•Responsible for all service, costs, and productivity in operational areas, as well as maintaining employee relations.•Key leader in new lines of business development.

•Responsible for successful completion of 20,000 pickups and deliveries per day for all customers within Bergen County, NJ.•Effectively manage 5 Supervisors and up to 155 employees while simultaneously maintaining overall service, maximizing productivity, and minimizing costs.•Dedicated to training all employees on various topics, resulting in improving employee/company relationships in a unionized environment. •Responsible for meeting all safety, OSHA, DOT, FAA and local requirements.•Assists the Sales Department with proposals to secure new business with achievable and cost effective operational goals.•Continuously provides quality customer service by addressing any service issues and effectively resolving them in a timely manner.
