As the Chief Financial Officer of Bullhorn, a $300M private equity backed SAAS company, I lead the finance and IT operations functions, supporting 275% growth over a five year period. Prior to Bullhorn, I served as Controller at Pegasystems where I scaled the financial operations of the company to support growth from $200M - $500M over a five year period. I also led the finance support of the then newly launched Pega Cloud business, tasked with transforming the company from an on-premise software provider to a SAAS based recurring business model. In that role my team and I:- Commercialized the offering from concept to scale and grew ARR 400% over 3 years.- Built various pricing models to maximize up-sell/cross-sell activities and expand gross margins- Navigated the complexities of US GAAP to maintain margin and best represent the financials of the business
