As an individual contributor, I am a tested and proven microelectronic process engineer, with a thin film emphasis, who believes in an hands-on approach to process engineering. I bring the benefit of nearly 20 years of experience in process & manufacturing engineering roles in a variety of end use applications including MEMS, semiconductor, magnetic sensing films (GMR, TMR), OLEDs, Barrier films, and many others. An experienced technical manager who has served in operations, R&D lab, & capital equipment manufacturing environments. I believe that people are an organization's greatest asset and that the role of a leader is to enable their team to do great things. As a leader of programs/projects - I am detail oriented leader who, by experience, has learned the power of good stakeholder communication, understanding and dealing appropriately with risks, and correctly ascertaining the CtQs of the project. Having held role several customer facing roles, I enjoy representing products that I believe in.
