This includes helping our clients with setting direction on strategic capacity and technology planning, technology evaluation & selection and optimising pharma production processes.

Management Consultant within Global Pharma Consulting, in NNE Pharmaplan. Main responsibilities are to help customers set direction on strategic capacity planning, logistics and supply chain optimisation, asset integrity & business process optimisation and creation of basis for decision on large investment projects.One major assignment contained a flow analysis and optimisation of an entire shop floor in a pharma facility, including giving recommendations on optimisation potentials and future CAPEX projects to upgrade.

Department Manager for a cross disciplinary department including process engineers, logistics engineers, pharmacists, building engineers, building architects.We carry out strategic analysis and conceptual designs regarding construction of new production capacity (both revamp and green field) to create a decission basis for our clients.Along with the leadership tasks I have handled projects comprising strategic analyses e.g. mid- and long term capacity planning, business cases, Manufacturing Costs calculation. A central part of the projects has been to conceptualize and evaluate the initial Supply Chains for new products.

My main focus were on setting up Supply chains, internal logistics and warehouse dimensioning. One major assignment included conceptualising the initial supply chain for a new medical device, and concluding on warehouse and intermediate storages setup in the production flow.
