I have more than 10 years of experience as department manager in the pharma industry for a team of architects, engineers, pharmacists and supporters. I have been overall responsible for strategy, people, revenue and coaching project teams doing concept studies for large and complex projects. Further I have been responsible for building up a new department, including definition of business plan and strategy for the new area. A central part of both jobs has been to communicate with many different stakeholders and cultures. Professionally I am interested in process optimisation and strategic capacity and facility planning.
