• Execute HR plans and policies as per the business needs of the defined organisation.• Act as a business partner/ consultant providing guidance and advisory on different HR disciplines/matters to Business Managers and employees at local level.• Analyse and recognise issues/ conflicts related to Employee Relations and recommend solutions and mechanisms to address the same.• Consult and coach Managers to better handle issues and approach for negotiations.• Support change initiatives and acts as change agent in particular the implementation of change management from Employee Relations perspective.• Ensure process improvement and modify/ adapt HR processes to better suit the needs of defined organisation.• Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations.• Implement HR policies that comply with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices.
