Maintained fiscal accountability of appropriated funds received by HQ AETC from the Air Force and OSD. Funds were further reallocated to more than 40 subordinate AETC units based on need and mission requirements. Accountability captured through the operation of two computerized funds control systems, CBAS and PBAS. Provided financial advice to top staff officials relative to operational financial plans and decisions concerning execution of annual operating budgets. Developed policy and procedures for managing the USAF operations and maintenance funds for USAFE Communications organization and all subordinate units throughout Europe. Duties included the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the communications Civilian Pay Program through computerization. Determined financial policies and reported program progress.
