• Oversee annual budget of $16 m - process and create the agency budget • Coordinate and supervise annual independent audit and any other audit requested by funders, vendors or outside entities, including a separate 403Baudit• Facilitate the completion of monthly financial reports• Review monthly financial reports with Finance Committee, Management team and staff as needed • Complete grant budgets and reports as needed• Close the fiscal year, balance internal accounting program with independent audit and form 990• Act as plan administrator for the 403B plan• Maintain databases and keep account information and labor allocations up to date• Monitor weekly cash balances• Request quarterly payments for DDA funded programs, complete forms and reports as required• Monitor and keep up to date internal controls and fraud prevention• Perform high level supervision of ancillary departments• Participate in the Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings• Staff the Finance Committee of the Board• Participate in Management team meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly)• Manage annual insurance renewals and maintain broker relationships• Monitor and evaluate all financial operations for efficiency• Manage a department of three Finance staff• Special projects and other duties as assigned

• Perform monthly accounting duties from month end entries to account reconciliations for two divisions• Manages the organization's budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis and reporting functions of two divisions.• Analytically dig into the monthly P&L and projects to make sure there is adherence to the corresponding budgets.• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.• Participates with Managing Directors to establish strategic plans and objectives• Manages the cash flows of two divisions • Interacts with clients on Unbilled and AR aging issues.• Works hand in hand with Managing directors to establish strategic plans and objectives

Works with state government, federal government, not for profits, and public sector clientele. • Currently uses auditing and business programs such as Fx Engagement, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Citrix. • Audited the United States Treasury consolidated financial statements• Collaborates with a team to successfully perform interim and final fieldwork on audits of financial statements of companies and entities.• Responsible for managing time worked on different aspects of the audit in order to meet budgeted hours for clients in order to meet realization set by upper management.• Responsible to meet a set amount of chargeable hours each month set by the firm.• Performs analytical procedures on current year numbers to determine if financial reporting numbers are logically varying from year to year and what has caused any variance from year to year
