Brian worked with The Marathon Group's advertising account services and graphic design teams. Brian was able to exercise his creativity and strengthen his graphic design skills working in QuarkXpress. Brian also wrote and edited copy for brochures, flyers, posters and the like for various advertising campaigns, as well as assisted with marketing research.

Brian worked with the Public Relations department of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System. There, Brian refined his skills in strategic corporate communication and public relations. He conducted interviews, wrote press releases and online news briefs as well as contributed analysis on organizational web content.
