• Wireline well logging, open and cased hole, mechanical services, setting packers/plugs, perferation• Supervise crew of 2 to 3 operators on location and during pre/post job activities at shop• Drive logging truck or crane truck when necessary, with CDL class A, hazmat license• Generate comprehensive job packages to include: accurate field ticket for invoice, safety sheets-(JSA), journey management, radiation surveys, and hazmat shipping papers • Use SAP to track and check inventory, and kept job details in VDIS, a BHI database • Clean, maintain, and repair equipment and tools as per BHI P.M. programs• Collect, process, and present log data to conform to customer specifications• Troubleshoot and remedy any tool/truck/electric problems as fast and thoroughly as possible to minimize any non-productive time• Conduct rigorous Junior Engineer training, and train co-workers when necessary• Log advanced services, i.e.(image, magnetic resonance, lithology, dipole sonic, magnetic casing inspection)• Field tested, with documented feedback, newly developed logging instruments• Finished 1st in logging school class. Various other classes taken, (managing job cycle, engineering development, well head safety, etc.)• Run operations occasionally to include: running the on-call phones, setting up jobs with customer, consulting with sales, and dispatching personnel.
