• Working in Great Eastern New Business Underwriting department. • Main duties are to answer underwriting enquires asked by Life Planner at the service counter. Enquiries can be like asking medical terms, reviewing of policies, underwriting requirements etc. Liaising with underwriters to answer life planners’ enquiries.• Underwrite and approve the policies accordingly• Updating of health warranty forms and consent forms for policyholders.• Investigations on errors in policies to ensure minimal complaints from policyholders. • Follow up and clarify with agents of policy issued (Complaints)• Prepare and send out policy contracts by mails or couriers to policyholders or agents• Match incoming queries submitted by agents to process the policies
