• Reconciliation of Nostro and GL Accounts.
• Resolving queries from various working units to maintain and ensure customer satisfactions
• Projects involvement in new applications and software.

• Working in Great Eastern New Business Underwriting department.
• Main duties are to answer underwriting enquires asked by Life Planner at the service counter. Enquiries can be like asking medical terms, reviewing of policies, underwriting requirements etc. Liaising with underwriters.
• Underwrite and approve the policies accordingly
• Updating of health warranty forms and consent forms for policyholders.
• Investigations on errors in policies to ensure minimal complaints from policyholders.
• Follow up and clarify with agents of policy issued (Complaints)
