Line Cook/Prep Cook - March 2009 – PresentKitchen Coordinator - August 2014 – Present Cook- Since starting I have worked at many different positions in the kitchen. Beginning as a Fry and Salad cook, then moving towards Point where the plating and presentation of the food was done. Later becoming a Cold and Hot prep cook where most of the sides and appetizers were prepped before the shift. Then becoming a Broil cook and grilling.
