• Manage Amway Business Owner (ABO) relationship to ensure continuous engagement with ABOs force Incentive Programmes; International Sponsorship and Data analysis on their grow and habit. • Counsel and follow-up with ABOs to see potential grow within the business structure.• Establish rapport and communication with ABOs leaders to keep them engaged in the business.• Manage the sales activities calendar and take charge of these key events locally and oversea.• Coordinate with training function regarding training tools to support ABOs in their retailing and training efforts.• Innovate and create new program together with cross function internally on building health and wellbeing.

Role & Responsibilities :• Co-work with Amway Malaysia Training Department to execute sales training (e.g studioABO)• Assist in coordinating the launch of sales training between Digital Team and stakeholders in ensuring execution and maintenance in order.• Organize and manage the sales meeting through direct involvement with venue provider, speakers and internal stakeholders (System, Communication, Customer Service, Digital,etc) • Coordinate and organize the calendar for all Sales Meetings, Training inclusive other related to Sales (e.g. ALS/DI/FC)• Support the ABO Business Relations (ABR) & LGS and Special Events in sourcing related items for the business.

Lead and co-work with Malaysia Special Event team on NCA activities such as Amway Leadership Seminar, Diamond Invitation , Local Diamond Working Forum and etc.-Manage the planning and implementation of meeting space logistical details, agenda content, event entertainment, and overall show flow for conventions, regional meetings, and international incentive trip.- Lead in coordinating local sales and marketing events in logistics & hospitality arrangement etc.within the company standards and procedures. -Maintain and build web pages for event specific material for Amway’s online marketing campaign.-On-stage hosting talent for recognition general sessions at Amway conventions around the country for crowds upwards of 5,500 attendees.-Develop convention run-of-shows for general sessions and work as stage manager to ensure prompt and professional implementation and execution of each session.-Managing all in house Training & Seminar Room of two location booking and involved in booking process and system.- Liaise with guest speakers, events companies and other suppliers to ensure events are well organized and adhered to our company standard protocols.-Provide support to training function in organizing and executing of training seminar and workshops.

Assist in organizing and executing trainings, motivations and social events scaled up to 2000 distributorsCoordinate incentive travel events on the scale of over 80 peopleResponsible for overall coordination and production work will include: scheduling of activities; sourcing for venue; event organizing; event logistics.Responsible for managing all in house seminar rooms booking and involved in the setting up of booking process and systemAttend to all Distributor’s issues and enquiriesPerform daily sales administrative work which includes compiling of all survey forms and tracking of all invoices for the department.

Responsible for the overall coordination, marketing and production of various pageants and events. This includes : Miss World 2005/2006, Manhunt 2005, Miss Singapore Tourism Queen International 2007 and other charity eventsCoordination and production work will include: scheduling of activities; sourcing for sponsorships; event organizing; event logistics and creating close rapport with sponsors and participants.Working closely with key clients and developing annual strategic marketing and business plans to align with overall strategic goals
