Current• Manage Amway Business Owner (ABO) relationship to ensure continuous engagement with ABOs force Incentive Programmes; International Sponsorship and Data analysis on their grow and habit. • Counsel and follow-up with ABOs to see potential grow within the business structure.• Establish rapport and communication with ABOs leaders to keep them engaged in the business.• Manage the sales activities calendar and take charge of these key events locally and oversea.• Coordinate with training function regarding training tools to support ABOs in their retailing and training efforts.• Innovate and create new program together with cross function internally on building health and wellbeing.
