I have been with CHEP for over 21 years. I started as a repair operator, finished my management program, worked my way up to management, gained my NCSO safety designation during that time, and finally moved into my current role as a OHSE Specialist West within CHEP. My goal is to continue working in an HSE role that allows me to use my knowledge and skills to contribute and help others to further the success of the business and keep people safe. The ideal position will allow me to continue a safety role, that compliments my skillset, to help others as well as the supports the business. As I strive to advance in my career, I want to be able to learn and grow along the way. I believe my biggest asset to be my ability to understand people, to motivate, influence, and encourage them in choices they make that will be good for them and the company.
