35 years of machining 27 of those years founder and co-owner of BT Machine, Inc with my wife Kristi Thomas. BT Machine, Inc. has grown to 37 employees with a majority of our 27 years primarily mfg. parts and assemblies for the flight simulation industry, aerospace industry and oil industry. Feature Cam and Catia are utilized for our cnc programming and we use our CMM and inspection arm to assure we meet the quality standards that we expect of ourselves and our customers. We are a full service AS9100 Rev D Certified mfg. company with experience in a broad range of materials and capacities from plastic and aluminum to mild steel, 205 duplex, stainless steel, inconel, monel, and titanium. Machining capabilities: 6 vertical mills w/4th axis, 1 horizontal machining center, 4 cnc lathes, 1 lathe w/live tooling and bar feed, full fabrication shop with mig, tig, fluxcore, capable of welding aluminum, stainless, steel. We also have in house sandblasting and powder coating to put the finishing touches on our turn key projects.
