After an incredible 24 year career dedicated to the Air Force Maintenance/Logistics and Special Operations I've embarked on a new journey and chapter in my life. More specifically, pursuing my dream of starting a business and getting my real estate salesperson license.

As the 55th Wing Commander's principle advisor, gives guidance and helps lead an organization of 7,700 personnel in six groups and 31 squadrons across nine garrison and abroad locations. Ensures commander’s intent is understood and executed, while having responsibility for the readiness, morale and welfare, training, personal and professional development within the largest and most diverse wing in Air Combat Command. Provides senior enlisted leadership as the wing conducts worldwide intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR); electronic attack, command and control (C2); presidential support; and treaty verification missions. Has a responsibility to 52 associate units, including U.S. Strategic Command, 557th Weather Wing, and 57,000 active-duty, civilians, family members and retirees.

As Command Chief, serves as the principle senior enlisted advisor to the Wing Commander on the morale, welfare, discipline, training, fitness and effective utilization of the base's combat-ready personnel assigned to the wing, two tenant units and 11 GSUs. The wing trains, deploys and redeploys more than 1,400 Airmen in support of Air Expeditionary Force and combatant commander requirements. It also provides facilities and equipment support for the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, and the 69th Reconnaissance Group and North Dakota Air National Guard's 119th Wing. The wing is also only one of two locations worldwide operating the High Frequency Global Communications System, providing operational support of senior leader communications for all Department of Defense agencies, including the office of the President of the United States. In addition, the wing provides logistics, civil engineer, contracting, communications, medical, security and force support functions as well as facilities and equipment valued at $2.2 billion and executes an annual budget of $48M.

I was put in charge of creating the CV-22 maintenance unit at Royal Air Force Mildenhall. I began with a 16-person cadre of individuals that grew to over 200 maintenance professionals in just a little over a year. Additionally, our team worked hand-in-hand with UK contractors and civil engineers on improving the infrastructure of our maintenance complex to prepare for the arrival of our CV-22 Osprey aircraft

Planned and executed sensitive worldwide joint special operations missions and exercises with US, NATO, and Mission Partner Nations in direct support of global special operations and humanitarian missions.

Lead all daily, monthly and long range planning for a fleet of MC-130P Combat Shadow and MC-130H Talon II aircraft. Planned real world special operations aviation requirements and generated combat air power in direct support of NATO, United States European Command, United States Special Operations Command, and United States African Command. Led a diverse group of 15 Senior and Non-commissioned officers and the production effort for 360 aircraft maintenance professionals.

Taught 1220 students over 5,000 hours of instruction on intermediate and advanced aircraft systems and servicing on the KC-135 and RC-135 aircraft.Created new lesson plans that were adopted and implemented by the Air Education and Training Command in the Air Force.Supervised 3 fellow instructors
