I am a student of the humanities, psychology, and medicine. I spent most of my time as an adolescent working with the Boy Scouts and Scouting's Honor Society to increase the desire for camping, serve Staten Island, New York, New Jersey community camps, and the Greenbelt. I also performed community services in England, Ireland, and Whales through the People to People Student Ambassador Program over three weeks. While being elected Secretary and Chief of Staten Island's Honor Society and through their mission, I traveled to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico to hike the landscape for two weeks, cutting trails after the forest fires a year before. I also worked to repair hurricane damage to Big Mundsen Island's eco system in the Florida Keys. I worked every summer since I was 14 starting on the Aquehonga Staff as a counselor in training and ending when I started pursuing my medical career. I eventually advanced to Assistant Aquatics Director at Camp Pouch in Staten Island and left to work for the Pool Therapist as a full time lifeguard and all-around pool boy when needed. I studied Psychology at St. John's University and the College of Staten Island, then Nursing at Columbia. I obtained my masters degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Columbia, and I am now working as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
