Edgewater Midstream is backed by a $400 MM initial investment by Encap Flatrock Midstream through their $3.25 BN Fund IV. As a PE backed start-up, my role is to evaluate all potential transactions and provide guidance to our partners for investment. Upon investment, under my leadership, the team will be responsible for all customer interactions driving growth through project development and asset optimization derived from commercial activities.

My primary responsibility was supplying the 635,000 barrel per day Port Arthur Refinery with heavy Canadian crude oil. This included optimizing between the various grades, increasing value based on yield. I was also responsible for the discretionary physical Canadian trading at all the market centers from Edmonton to the USGC.

Upon the split of COP and PSX, I oversaw the marketing for all of ConocoPhillips's equity production in the Eagle Ford basin and offshore Gulf of Mexico. My core focus was to ensure we recieve the best netback for crude produced, develop long term marketing strategies to ensure flow assurance from the wellhead, and deliver upon ConocoPhillips's core values.

During my tenure as South Texas Lease Representative I was the point of contact for third party purchases for ConocoPhillips's Gulf Coast refineries. I was also responsible for contracting and directing trucks to various markets for our equity Eagle Ford production.

My main focus to purchase sweet, unblended lease crude to support the Ponca City Refinery. I was responsible for day to day interactions with local producers, our trucking operations, and pipeline operations. I also had to track economics to ensure we were purchasing oil at a margin that allowed Ponca City to optimize their refinery runs.

I was responsible for the management of the black oil fleet for ConocoPhillips. This included 7 boats/14 company owned barges, plus the time chartered equipment we were contracting. My main focus was optimizing our fleet by outchartering, and also chartering in equipment during times of need by the Gulf Coast refining system or by the Commercial organization.
