Voyage Control is a cutting-edge 'Air Traffic Control'​ for inbound logistics management. A powerful and easy-to-use software platform enables ground transport hubs to proactively manage, optimize,track, and communicate with their inbound traffic. I manage the Product Roadmap across the three sectors we work in by:- Brainstorming and developing ideas for new features- Gathering customer feedback and wireframing potential features- Developing and writing API documentation for third party integrationsThe benefits of using Voyage Control include streamlining processes, enhancing security, reducing congestion, improving driver experience, and benefiting the environment. Responsible for managing cost, budget and forecasting on Expo 2 & Regional Connector Light Rail Transit Projects in Los Angeles. Oversaw subcontractor and vendor payments.• Present quarterly forecast and project information to Joint Venture board.• Lead weekly production trend meetings and actively develop reports to make cost information more understandable.• Manage Primavera P6 schedule and owner change orders on $15m North Hollywood West Station Entrance Project.

Engineer in a two year rotational program. Worked in Estimating, as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer and Project Controls Engineer on Subway, Freeway and Light Rail projects ranging from $80m to $600m.
