Part of the propositions leadership team alongside Heads of Proposition Management and Proposition Development. - Leading, managing and coaching the Commercial Delivery team by being the key decision maker of how we deliver commercial projects market. Escalation point for all projects where problems arise and working with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure successful outcomes. SME for commercial delivery to market which includes the delivery of our tariff and bundle range, orchestration of price cap changes, launching new innovation trials.- Owning and overseeing the OVO Price Cap Programme. Ensuring this is delivered on time without failure every 3 months. This includes issuing Price Change Notifications to 4m customers as well as the necessary price change event. Understanding and interrogating all government and regulatory updates regarding the Price Cap programme and translating into updates to the programme and/or pricing files required in order to remain compliant. Key project escalation point for delivery managers delivering the projects, files and regulatory updates required within the Price Cap programme - Leading on Commercial and Propositions Delivery Planning. Working with the Commercial Leadership team to ensure all new demand is fed into the process in a timely manner. - Owning the maintenance and delivery of work items as part of the Tariff Assurance Group. Capturing key incidents and making sure these are raised quickly with the Major Incident Team and where necessary, projects stood up/escalated to ensure fixes are in place where required.Where TAG issues are longer term problems, logging, categorising and tracking delivery of these through Kaluza Creating and maintaining the tech system to run the TAG issue management process, ensuring automation between the issue being raised and transfer of ownership between the TAG and MIT teams
