The APIs are secured using Layer 7 and Ping Identity. Performance, Attribution and Risk Web Services• Managed a suite of applications that centralized complex business calculations for delivery to consumer applications via WSDL SOAP web services. Previously the business logic was replicated across multiple applications, which led to inconsistent results and higher maintenance costs.• Worked closely with the engineers on the overall architecture and design of the platform, which was built in .NET, Java and Oracle. • The platform became the largest web service provider supporting over 20 reporting applications.

Performance Infrastructure Growth & Lifecycle Program Stream • Managed the Oracle Exadata 11G RAC upgrades for the Performance Calculation & Reporting databases, which at ~20 TB are the largest Oracle instances within the organization. The upgrades improved data availability by 40-60%.• Improved scalability of the Performance Calculation C++ application servers by managing an upgrade from Solaris 32 bit to Linux 64 bit running on multiple virtual hosts. • Managed a large-scale database conversion from Sybase 11 to Oracle 10g for the Performance Reporting database, which has over 30 consumer applications.

• Lead architect for the Performance Analytics Calculation Engine front-end, which is developed in PowerBuilder. The application is used to setup accounts and consolidations for Performance Reporting.• Led the PACE front end conversion of the Performance Calculation database from Sybase 11 to Oracle 9i, which included development, system testing and load testing.• Performance tuned the application by reducing the number of database calls, which significantly improved performance for remote users in London.• Created design documents for all front-end application enhancements. Ariba Supplier Integration, Oct 1999 – Feb 2000• Led the supplier integration team during the detailed design phase of an Ariba implementation, a business to business e-commerce purchasing solution. • Acted as liaison between suppliers and project management to ensure the timely completion of deliverables pertaining to catalog management. Managed Assets Procurement System (MAPS), Aug 1996 – Oct 1999• Senior developer on the MAPS front-end, which is a technology asset tracking system developed in PowerBuilder and Microsoft SQL Server. • Redesigned the existing system and improved performance by 80%.
