Led the initial design and development of training content for SonicWall University, a new learning management system (LMS) that served as the foundation for SonicWall’s global SecureFirst Partner Program. Successfully launched with less than 60 days’ notice, this platform has grown to include more than 350 courses supporting over 20,000 partners in its first 15 months. Its success is highlighted by the average 20% growth in revenue for partners who use SonicWall University versus those who do not. Worked cross functionally with Marketing and Product Management to integrate the Content Development team into SonicWall’s NPI process. This effort aligned training development resources with the product core teams enabling sales and technical training availability in advance of product releases. The end result was an acceleration of SonicWall’s go to market capabilities in support of 40+ product releases over the first 3 quarters of this year. -
