Brian has managed design and development of buildings from funding to completion successfully and within budget. Brian has also manged the operation of completed developments to ensure successful launch on behalf of clients to guide the achievement of the objectives and vision. Brian has created networks and built the infrastructure within datacentres, particularly for Manchester County Council at their media incubator and studios in Manchester. Most recently Brian has managed the design and development of a tier 3 datacentre expansion within existing live environment.Working for the University of Cambridge Brian administered the NEC3 contract for two lots of the North West Cambridge Development. £85m of an initial development of £400m. Also Encompassing the site wide communications network and broadband delivery, hardwired and Wi-Fi.Brian is an excellent organiser (coordinator) fully understanding and appreciating programs. He has a track record of successful delivery of intricate and complicated projects. For British Telecommunications Brian devised the schedule for the refurbishment of the call centres in Sheffield, Blackburn, Stoke and Newport delivering the projects on time and within budget without disruption to the services the client provided
