With over 9 years of experience in the US Navy and the Department of Defense, I am a dedicated and versatile human resources professional with a passion for serving the nation and its people. I am working on master's degree in human resources management and have a bachelor's degree in urban planning, which enable me to understand the diverse needs and challenges of different communities and organizations. I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion, and to bringing my unique perspectives and experiences as a Navy veteran and a multilingual speaker to the team.As a human resources assistant at the Department of Defense, I am responsible for analyzing and compiling medical records for military entrance examinations, coordinating medical requirements with the command and the field recruiter, and tracking and advising candidates on the next steps of the process. I leverage my communication, problem-solving, and organization skills to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of the medical records and appointments. I also serve as an assistant command trainer and a support staff for the Navy, where I share my knowledge and expertise in recruiting, talent acquisition, and customer service.
