I currently practice law in Missouri and Illinois concentrating my practice in the defense of employers, insurers and self-insured entities involved in workers' compensation cases and claims throughout the entire state of Missouri and the southern half of Illinois. I have successfully handled and resolved hundreds of cases including numerous hearings and appeals before the Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation, The Labor and industrial Relations Commission, The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and various Appellate courts in Missouri and Illinois. I am a frequent speaker/author for National Business Institute and The Missouri Bar (list of dates and locations available) on topics particular to the defense practice of workers' compensation law. I am available to speak to groups of attorneys and/or business and insurance professionals such as risk managers or human resource directors who deal with workers' compensation issues.I am actively involved in several civic organizations including Webster Groves Presbyterian Church where I am an Elder and sing in the choir, St. Louis Metro Singers, Indiana University St. Louis Alumni Association and SAE-IU Alumni Association.I am an active cyclist riding in the St. Louis area and ride in several century rides including the Hilly 100 which is held in Bloomington, IN.
