The primary focus of this position is printer and computer system maintenance and installation. Installed, maintained and repaired all hardware and software computer issues whether it be over the phone or on site when necessary. Repaired impact, thermal and laser printers down to the component level to include Dell, Lexmark, Epson and Radiant. Installed all cabling ‑ CAT5, CAT5e, RJ11 and fiber optic.
