Vice President Product Strategy And Customer Service Solutions
CurrentProvide long-term strategic direction in setting vision and strategy for imaging and biomed products across commercial channels. Hold P&L accountability for product development and client solutions. Manage 13 product staff, with dotted line accountability for 7 Enterprise sales people, 7 inside sales people, 6 catalog team members, and numerous SC personnel. Engage customer, OEM, and supplier markets; identify, communicate and execute on all facets of imaging product line strategy. Oversee new product development across imaging, biomed, client facing tech-development, and client service solutions. Increase imaging presence within Enterprise contracted accounts. Develop value-added tools to help clients move from OEM contract to in-house support programs and long-term asset lifecycle management planning. Partner with Product Management (IT), Catalog Operations, and Supply Chain; work with Commercial Council to develop innovative technology based healthcare initiatives to accelerate customer needs to market.Oversee product and supply chain strategy development that includes OEM negotiations and secondary market suppliers negotiations to round portfolio. Strategically source high valued products. Develop, improve, and manage key operational processes. Create, train and implement sales enablement tools. Create GTM strategies that include customer segmentation and communication strategy. Work cross-functionally with Marketing to ensure preparation of campaigns with precise messaging and availability of appropriate sales enablement tools for commercial sales teams. Engage in customer facing technology prioritization. Build beta testing requirements and identify beta customers to partner in development; initiate market launch and assess feedback. Incorporate data and analytics into all aspects of product development and ongoing management for internal monitoring; provide data for customers and suppliers to assist in improving business decision making.
