A complete overhaul of the entire event process was necessary upon arriving at the company. Marketing, web design, ticket platforms, brand image, social media accounts, sales strategies, partnerships, event presentation of each race brand was analyzed and upgraded to more than double sales and bring the brands back to industry standards.
