Brian has been in the industrial real estate market for over 30 years. Noted for completing more than 1,250 transactions valued at over $20 billion. Most recently Brian was Managing Director for Link Logistics Real Estate responsible for the central region investments. Prior to Link Brian was a Founding Partner and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Talos Capital, a national industrial real estate investment and asset management firm. Talos Capital deployed over $5 billion dollars in capital on behalf of Blackstone before the creation of Link Logistics Real Estate.Brian spent eleven years with CenterPoint Properties, most recently as Senior Vice President, East Coast Investments, where he led the company’s New Jersey and Eastern US expansion. In four years, Brian created CenterPoint’s East Coast footprint from an idea to a total portfolio of 4.5 million square feet, with an estimated value of $400 million. Prior to leading the Eastern expansion he opened the West Coast office for CenterPoint starting the diversification of CenterPoint’s portfolio. Brian began his CenterPoint tenure focused on the Chicago investment market. Brian started his real estate career as an industrial broker at Frain Camins & Swartchild which was purchased by Insignia and then by CBRE.
