I consider myself a problem solver. In the electronics industry our customers, have an over whelming amount of choices. My job is to remove any barriers that would prevent them from purchasing the products offered by RBH Sound.I work directly with and oversee our Sales Representatives. I also work very closely with RBH dealers and distributors. I help them with project design, installation and Sales questions. I provide training and sales tools, so they can overcome the barriers in their way.Originally I handled the Eastern Region, everything East of the Mississippi River, then I took over the entire United States. I work very closely with our Canada Distributors as well.The Majority of time that I have been the Regional Sales Manager, I have also Handled our Inside sales. At this time I wore many hats and helped where ever I could.I looked at this as an opportunity to learn and show I was a valuable asset with many talents, a dedicated and hard worker.Process incoming purchase orders. Oversee purchase orders from when they are received to shipping and finally to invoicing. Work with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to provided them with any support and materials they need. Answer incoming e-mails and phone calls from our customers and the end retail customer. Manage back orders and resolve problems with purchase orders. Work with Freight companies and customers to find best shipping methods and solutions to shipping needs. Prepare international shipping documentation. Work with brokers and shipping companies on outbound shipments. Answer questions and resolve concerns regarding products and shipping. Managed day to day production needs. Inspire and resolve concerns with production crew. I also trained my replacement and wrote a Manuel for this position before I moved on to Regional Sales Manager.

As the shipping manager I negotiate and work with shipping companies to get our product where it needs to go. I am fluent in all aspects of the supply chain whether it is small parcels, pallets or full loads. I also work with the freight companies when problems arise with a shipment. I also train and work with our shipping staff to minimize damage and maximize our customers experience all while keeping costs to a minimum.

The Services provided by RBR Services included but not limited to parking lot sweeping and cleaning, lawn mowing, trimming, sprinkler repair, construction clean up, and Parking Lot prep for Stripping and Pavement.I handled the Day to Day Operations, including Sales and Customer Support, preparing invoices and billing, Receiving and applying Payments, Budgeting and Paying bills and all of our Office Management duties.I maintained our equipment including our Sweeper Truck, Power Blowers, Lawnmowers and Trimmers.I also Personally participated in and managed our day to day jobs and projects.

I supervised a crew of 8 to 20+ people on a daily basis. Handing out job duties for the day and overseeing the work to make sure it was done correctly and in a timely manner. Provided encouragement and correction to employees under my care. I also handled disputes and everything else that comes with 20 different personalities working together.I had my own projects that needed to be done while supervising my crew. Daily duties included, driving the park sweeper truck, collecting and dumping all garbage carts on the park, cleaning all drinking fountains and public telephones.I handled special projects including presser washing, steam cleaning, running a fork lift, man lifts, jack hammers, and other construction equipment.In the off season or for special projects I would work with construction and maintenance in various positions to help maintain park equipment, rides and buildings.
