Operations Coordinator - Darebin Golf Sites
CurrentAs operations coordinator between Darebin Golf Sites, I manage the day to day between Bundoora Park Golf Course, and Northcote public Golf course. My role involves acting as the assistant to the Darebin sites golf manager, managing appropriate stock levels in both golf shops, monthly stocktaking, visual merchandising, managing the back end on SWIFTPOS, golf club repairs and workshop operation, food and beverage, banking, rostering and leading a group of casual staff, and direct customer service. I also am responsible and have developed appropriate checklists for site OH&S, along with staff induction and training. Upon starting my role, I introduced a club repair service on site which has been happily received and utilised by patronage, and has also increased sales in the golf shop.
