“Numbers don't lie” is something I was often told by my father who was a Math Tutor. This started my fascination with numbers and data that jump started my career in Finance. For over 10 years, I’ve been able to use this lesson in the various job functions I’ve held in the field of finance. I have built my career starting from the bottom and all the way up to where I am today. Graduating from university and entering right into the 2008 financial crisis forced me to place my corporate finance goals on pause. I started my career doing sales at a store front which helped me improve my customer service and interaction skills. This experience helped me build my career and paved the way for my next move. Later, I was fortunate enough to pursue my career in corporate where I work in operational finance and finance, reporting directly and working alongside top leaders like C-level executives. Outside of work, I am an avid sports fan. Sports have always been a big part of my life and I grew playing in several team sports like basketball and football. I am a big fan of my home teams, the Dallas Mavs, Cowboys and Rangers!
