Brian is KPMG’s Risk Management, National Partner-in-Charge, Tax, where his focus is on transforming the risk management function to more effectively manage risks and move at pace, enable and empower the business and risk management professionals, modernize KPMG’s approach to risk management, and further strengthen KPMG’s most trusted reputation.Immediately prior to taking the Risk Management, National Partner-in-Charge, Tax role, Brian was KPMG’s first Chief Data Officer, Tax, and was responsible for leveraging data to drive additional value for KPMG’s clients. He has also served as the U.S. National Transfer Pricing Leader for KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services (EVS) practice, and the National Leader for KPMG’s Transfer Pricing Dispute Resolution practice. Brian has also served as the Global Leader of the Transfer Pricing Dispute Resolution network, and as the Leader for EVS’s New York practice.Brian is also a Lead Tax Partner, which involves working empathetically with clients to bring the best resources to meet their needs, and developing other professionals to serve clients similarly. Brian has spent a significant part of his career helping clients respond to the challenges that come with domestic and international controversies.
