Working on an advisory basis to support the founders in the transformation from great ideas to an operational business. Focus on recruiting an outstanding team and building the strategy, structures and lean management system to delivery green hydrogen projects at scale. Over the year or so I was able to help H2G, the team materially increased the size of the existing projects and built a pipeline of further projects to follow. A fit for purpose management system has been created that will support ISO certification and a governance structure has been put in place. A key part of the role was to support recruitment of a permanent staff position for the role. Delighted to say that an outstanding candidate is now in place allowing me to bow out and focus on my other businesses.

Xodus Advisory team core business is to support buy-side investors in acquisition of upstream and mid-stream assets in the Energy space. We can also support development of strategy for corporate entities, assets and joint venture organisations using some proprietary alignment tools built around an AI engine, support dispute resolution and complete FDP work on behalf of clients. Project Monetisation focuses on development of discovered resource through application of Xodus technical expertise, creative commercial constructs and partnerships with both supply chain and potential investors (Debt and Equity). The model can be applied to greenfield resource and the redevelopment of mature assets, particularly for new owners.
