As a member of the Tyrrelltech team, I wear many hats. Sales rep, Service Technician, Applications Specialist, Customer Support, and more! I am currently certified to troubleshoot, repair, train and test many of the technologies we offer. This includes Roland, Canon, Graphtec, Gerber/MCT, GFP, Seal, Oki Data, Universal Laser Systems. I have worked as a graphic designer and Print shop operator for just under 2 years before starting full time with tyrrelltech. I know the frustrations of a production print shop and have the working knowledge base to offer various tips and tricks when it comes to a production environment.I'm also versed in various graphic design programs--- but, mostly geared towards Adobe applications. I have trained and supported many customers through the tough learning curve of Adobe Illustrator and programs like it!
