Brian led the recapitalization of TrueRoll in 2022 and currently serves as Board Chairman. TrueRoll was founded in 2018 with the goal of improving property tax accuracy by empowering governments with data science and automation.

Brian led the $2.1 million acquisition of the three companies that were combined to form Periscope Holdings, which became the leading purpose-built provider of procurement solutions to the public sector, truly transforming state and local procurement. Brian’s responsibilities included strategic direction, corporate governance, production direction, state deals, public affairs and investor relations. In 2014, he led the recapitalization of the company with Parthenon Capital Partners and acquired BidSync, a competitor. Periscope was sold in 2021 to mdf commerce.
